    Tasting Notes: Will continue to drink well for several years.
    Season: Great growing season, some early vintage rain.
    Colour: vibrant green
    Nose: honeydew melon and citrus
    Palate: crisp & lively palate showing lime and & lemongrass flavours
    Alcohol: 10.6%
    2003 Semillon
    Tasting Notes: will continue to drink well for up to 5 years.
    Season: Great growing season, some late vintage rain.
    Colour: pale green
    Nose: Citrus blossom and lemongrass
    Palate: Good length and excellent balance on the palate
    Alcohol: 10.2%
    2004 Semillon
    Tasting Notes: Will continue to drink well for up to 5 years.
    Season: Great growing season
    Colour: Pale straw green
    Nose: Tropical & citrous fruit of passionfruit and limes
    Palate: A fresh and zesty palate of citrous and musk
    Alcohol: 10.8%
    2005 Semillon
    Tasting Notes: Will continue to drink well for up to 5 years.
    Season: Great season
    Colour: Pale green
    Nose: Fragrant citrus blossom and lemon grass
    Palate: Ggood length and excellent balance
    Alcohol: 10.2%
    2005 Chardonnay
    Tasting Notes: Will continue to drink well for 3-5 years
    Season: Very good
    Colour: Straw green
    Nose: Citrus, melon and stone fruit
    Palate: Softly balanced chardonnay, with a long crisp finish
    Alcohol: 13.2%
    2003 Shiraz
    Tasting Notes: Will continue to drink well for up to 3 years
    Season: Good growing season, interrupted with mid vintage rain
    Colour: Ruby Red
    Nose: White pepper with red berry fruit and smokey oak characters
    Palate: Medium bodied style showing sweet mid palate fruit together with peppery and savoury characters
    Alcohol: 12.4%
    2004 Shiraz
    Tasting Notes: Will continue to drink well for up to 3 years
    Season: Very good season
    Colour: Ruby Red
    Nose: Mulberry and blackberry with spicey oak
    Palate: Medium bodied with good balance and length
    Alcohol: 12.8%
